Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
BuyMoreFilm will do its best to have your goodies shipped as soon as possible!

All products are wrapped in multiple layers of bubble plastic, placed in a new cardboard box, space is filled up with pieces of 100 % recycled polystyrene.

If you choose a drop-off at a service point, the location information will be shown on the track and trace page.

International packages may be inspected by customs officials at any time.

If you don’t collect your package from the post office, the product returns and there will be costs involved
The return costs are the same as the initial shipping costs and any other costs like a return flat fee by the shipper.
The initial shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund AND the costs for the return.

The shipping costs are for normal orders up to 5KG (10KG in NLD).
Please check the distance to your nearest Service Point per shipper DPD/DHL/PostNL, distances may vary by great distances.
After you finished and paid your order, you can select a Service Point to your liking.
If you don't, I will select the nearest location per chosen shipper DPD/DHL/PostNL.

For bulk/heavy/large orders there may be extra shipping costs.
We will contact you first, provide information, after agreement and receiving additional payment it's shipped.

Returns and exchanges

The following information is part of the terms and conditions, but not covering everything.

All productshave a 30 days warranty. This warranty will start at the moment the product has been delivered.

Determination of the “starting moment” is based upon the tracking information and delivery date.

* This only includes cameras, lenses, flashes, film scanners, and other electronics products that are sold on BuyMoreFilm.Com.

100% refund of the initial order amount + return shipping.
Only if under the condition that the item is faulty or defective.

You have two options to send back the goods:

1: Buy your own (registered) label, pay for it and send back the goods, share the receipt with us for the refund.
2: A label can be provided on request, for most countries.

The initial purchase amount + initial shipping will be refunded + (if applicable) any return costs you made.
So if you paid for your own label, these will be refunded as well.

When you use your own label:
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned.

You must send the package in the most economic shipping method, with track and trace and it must be marked as a RETURN/REPAIR. Express shipment costs are not paid for, we will check the local postal service and check the economic shipping costs and refund this only.

You must provide us with proof of shipping that clearly shows the shipping cost and tracking number.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is not returned even though it has been shipped by the customer.

- Any film roll that is unboxed or has any protective seal removed will not be refunded.
Meaning that film that does not come with an outer package* is excluded from this right.
There is no way to confirm it has not been used.

*Outer package: All paper, plastic, or other material that is used to contain a roll of film.

If it turns out the camera is working, after all, the shipping costs initial/return will not be refunded.

Did you receive a product that was damaged during transport?

If a shipment with obvious damages is delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment (if possible). Make sure to take photos of the package as proof.

You need to contact us or send an e-mail to info@BuyMoreFilm.com and must submit pictures of the product/packaging.
By doing so, BuyMoreFilm can initiate a claim with the delivery companies.

If there are hidden damages, you must contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods.

BuyMoreFilm is aiming for a perfect delivery but we cannot guaranty this, but we will do our best to the best service.
We are here to help you if anything is wrong, so please comply with the above.

EU-ONLY

Within 14 days after receiving your products you have the right to "change your mind".
You have to contact us first by using the contact form or send an email to info@buymorefilm.com.
You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing the trader.

The return shipment costs are not covered by BuyMoreFilm.com.

You have two options to send back the goods:
