1. BASIC INFORMATION

The agreement is concluded between you and BuyMoreFilm if you as a customer/consumer place an order via www.BuyMoreFilm.com. These terms and conditions are only applicable to customers that are consumers. B2B is not a part of BuyMoreFilm, if you want more information, contact us first. 

BuyMoreFilm is not responsible for any information by third parties.

The website and all its content is owned by BuyMoreFilm.com
Company names, product names, image designs, illustrative designs, and information about products, services, and others made by BuyMoreFilm may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of BuyMoreFilm.

Download products, once received, are not eligible for withdrawal and so cannot be returned.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we cannot supply the goods due to reasons beyond our control. If we cannot supply the goods due to stock being unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All information, guidelines, and any form information provided on www.buymorefilm.com is part of these terms and conditions.

2. CONTRACTS AND ORDERS

When the customer places and/or completes an order they hereby also accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

BuyMoreFilm has made every effort to assure the accuracy of all information on the website. All images, descriptive matter, and specifications advertised on our site are for the sole purpose of giving the most accurate approximate description of the goods. We reserve the right to correct any errors, whether in pricing, description, specification, etc. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. If for any reason, an inventory issue is found we will notify you before completing the order. If a product is bought but is not in stock for whatever reason, the cost of this product will be refunded or replaced after an agreement with the person who placed the order.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION ETC.

When the Customer registers its user account and/or places an order, the customer will be requested to provide some personal data. The Customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about BuyMoreFilm’s processing of personal data is outlined in BuyMoreFilm’s Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these conditions.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

All prices are presented in € and do not include payment- and shipping fees, which are given separately. Some products sold are margin products.
There is no VAT included in these margin products. Any import taxes from your specific country are not covered by BuyMoreFilm.Com.
There is VAT included in the shipping cost, this is already in the actual shipping cost, the customer does not pay anything extra for this. This is because for every shipment a shipping label has to be bought, this a paid service purchased from another business.

BuyMoreFilm is not liable to give any compensation apart from refunding you the amount you paid for any goods being returned. We shall also not be liable in any way for acts, failures, omissions, or delays resulting in issues such as (but not limited to) loss of sales, business, profits, reputation, business interruption, or any other losses.

Within the EU, the VAT rate is based on your checkout specific country.

Customers within the EU will not have to pay any import taxes, duties or customs charges. BuyMoreFilm does not take any responsibilities regarding these additional fees.

We ship internationally but we are not liable for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges incurred by the buyer. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in the unfortunate event of an international order being returned to us, we cannot refund customs charges, or import duties/taxes.

Be aware, once the item has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any service delays from the courier that is used. We always ship items with delivery confirmation. Requests for shipping without tracking will be politely declined.

Some of the products sold are margin products/second-hand goods.

Margin scheme for second-hand goods

5. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Faulty or defective products.

100% refund of the initial order amount + return shipping.
Only if under the condition that the item is faulty or defective.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is not returned even though it has been shipped by the customer.

- Any film roll that is unboxed or has any protective seal removed will not be refunded.

If it turns out the camera is working, after all, the shipping costs (initital+return) will not be refunded.

You have two options to send back the goods:

1: Buy your own (registered) label, pay for it and send back the goods, share the receipt with us for the refund.
2: A label can be provided on request, for most countries.

The initial purchase amount + initial shipping will be refunded + (if applicable) any return costs you made.
So if you paid for your own label, these will be refunded as well.

When you use your own label:
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned.

You must send the package in the most economic shipping method, with track and trace and it must be marked as a RETURN/REPAIR. Express shipment costs are not paid for, we will check the local postal service and check the economic shipping costs and refund this only.

You must provide us with proof of shipping that clearly shows the shipping cost and tracking number.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This may vary per payment method.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

    Returning within 14 days for all EU customers.

    EU-ONLY

    Within 14 days after receiving your products you have the right to "change your mind".
    You have to contact us first by using the contact form or send an email to info@buymorefilm.com.
    You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing the trader.

    The return shipment costs are not covered by BuyMoreFilm.com.

    You have two options to send back the goods:

    1: Buy your own (registered) label, pay for it and send back the goods.
    2: A return label can be provided on request, the cost of this label is the same cost as the initial shipping cost paid on your order.

    The initial purchase amount + initial shipping will be refunded minus (if applicable) the cost of a return label.
    So if you paid for your own label, there will be no deduction of the return label cost.

    When you use your own label:

    There is no way to confirm it has not been used.

    *Outer package: All paper, plastic, or other material that is used to contain a roll of film.

     

    Damaged Upon Arrival

    Did you receive a product that was damaged during transport?

    If a shipment with obvious damages is delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment (if possible). Make sure to take photos of the package as proof.

    You need to contact us or send an e-mail to info@BuyMoreFilm.com and must submit pictures of the product/packaging.
    By doing so, BuyMoreFilm can initiate a claim with the delivery companies.

    If there are hidden damages, you must contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods.

    BuyMoreFilm is aiming for a perfect delivery but we cannot guaranty this, but we will do our best to the best service.
    We are here to help you if anything is wrong, so please comply with the above.

     

    6. WARRANTY

    All products* have a 60 days warranty. This warranty will start at the moment the product has been delivered.

    Determination of the “starting moment” is based upon the tracking information and delivery date.

    * This only includes cameras, lenses, flashes, film scanners, and other electronics products that are sold on BuyMoreFilm.com. If you are unsure, please contact us first.

    7. GIFT CARD

    Gift certificates from BuyMoreFilm are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

    8. LINKS

    BuyMoreFilm does not take responsibility for external links.

    9. FORCE MAJEURE

    BuyMoreFilm is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This can be applied in any (non)extreme cause.

    10. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS

    BuyMoreFilm reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions at all times.
